With a striking “7” marking on his face and a heart just as bold, Seven quickly became a standout at Mile High Rescue. From the beginning, his curious nature, love for treats, and enthusiasm for groundwork made him a joy to be around — earning him the nickname “the lucky one” among volunteers.
Seven’s natural willingness to learn and connect shone through his training, revealing not just a smart and capable horse, but one who truly enjoyed working with people. His charm, gentle energy, and love of attention made him impossible to resist.
In early 2025, Seven found his perfect match — a multi-generational family of horse lovers who instantly saw what made him so special. Now, he shares his days with his equine companion, Dolly, and enjoys being doted on by his new family, from the grandmother to the youngest granddaughter.
Seven’s story is a true happy ending — a reminder that every horse, given time and care, can find their perfect home. And for this “lucky number,” it couldn’t be more fitting.
