BOARDING & TRAINING

Mile High Rescue is a 10-acre horse-boarding facility in Centennial, CO, on the west side of Cherry Creek State Park, and roughly 15 miles from downtown Denver. Owners Emily Klimas and Maria Lawson have combined over 20 years of experience riding, training and managing stables.

Boarding

The health and happiness of your horse is important to us, which is why we offer top notch care! We are a full service facility where boarders have access to the entire property - indoor and outdoor arenas, grounds, trails, etc.

MHR has competitively priced boarding options for both indoor and outdoor stalls. Horses are fed a grass/alfalfa mix hay 2x daily (with the option for lunch at an additional monthly charge). We also accommodate horses needing unique nutritional plans. Note, additional fees apply for horses requiring more than 8 flakes of hay per day or grain/supplement feedings.

Indoor stalls are cleaned with fresh water and shavings provided daily.  Indoor stalled horses are turned-out 7 days per week to an outdoor paddock. Outdoor stalls vary in size and price - small and large paddocks are available. Indoor and outdoor stalls are cleaned 7 days per week, weather permitting.

Boarding discounts are given to owners/horses who actively participate in Mile High Equestrian's training and/or lesson program.
