About The Event
Yoga for a cause!
Bring your yoga mat, water, a camera for pictures, and your smile. This class is FREE with a suggested donation of $30.
Classes will be held at Mile High Rescue on Sunday, September 13th at 9am and 10am.
We supply adorable baby and adult goats, certified yoga instructor, and a nice view of amazing rescue horses. This class will begin with a meet and greet with our goats since they will be part of the class. Jen Ridout is our a registered yoga instructor who also teaches at Club Greenwood. This is an outdoor event, in case of rain the class will be moved indoors to the Clubhouse.
Goat yoga is an excellent way to relax, connect with animals, get some exercise, and meet our equine rescues. All yoga levels are welcome, just be sure to bring your phone so you can capture the goat moments. During the class the goats will interact with yogis and may climb or nibble. Goats do have hooves on their feet, so there is a possibility they may gently scratch bare skin.
Namaste.
